Refund Policy
Last updated: January 19, 2026
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, PXLWORK maintains the following refund policy.
1. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits secure project scheduling and cover initial work, planning, and resource allocation.
2. Project-Based Services
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.
If a project is canceled by the client, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
3. Revisions & Dissatisfaction
Refunds are not issued due to subjective dissatisfaction. We encourage clients to use included revision rounds to refine deliverables.
4. Failure to Deliver
If PXLWORK is unable to deliver the agreed Services due to reasons within our control, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting PXLWORK to resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in termination of services and revocation of usage rights to deliverables.
6. Custom Agreements
Any refund terms agreed upon in a custom contract or written agreement will override this policy.
